Clarissa Rios Rojas contributed to a collaborative exercise with Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) to discuss the trends that are establishing themselves and accelerating as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, to draw out fresh assumptions and perceptions about the future, to identify new threats and opportunities, and to expande the range and extent of possible futures.
