On 20th February 2023, CSER welcomed Dr Khamarrul Azahari Razak, Director of Disaster Preparedness & Prevention Center (DPPC) at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) to CSER to hear about his team's impressive work on their policy brief "Rejuvenating Cities and Resilience Capacities for Multi-Challenges of COVID-19 Pandemic, Extreme Weather Events and Climate-Induced Disaster".
