Fazl is a research fellow at Oxford University and Technology and Security Policy Fellow at RAND Corporation. He received his PhD in artificial intelligence from Edinburgh Centre for Robotics. Fazl has a diverse background, with experience in economics as well as research scientist positions at Amazon and Huawei. His expertise spans from AI safety, Interpretability, to policy issues related to emerging technologies.
