Shin-Shin Hua is a competition and tech lawyer who has represented clients before the European Commission and other global regulators. She is also a specialist in Public International Law, and has presented and published on the use of machine learning in lethal autonomous weapons. Her current research is focused on how antitrust/competition policy affects the strategic landscape for AI risk.
Shin-Shin holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge and an Advanced Masters in Public International Law from Leiden University, Netherlands.
